 STORExpress Wins thePrestigious PSSA Award

Innovative storage service provider, STORExpress, soars again as Theresa Bahnemann of STORExpress Murrysville wins the 2019 Manager of the Year award from Pennsylvania Self Storage Association.

STORExpress has reiterated its passion for excellent service delivery in the self-storage services industry as the Murrysville branch of the company recently picked up the Pennsylvania Self Storage Association award for the 2019 Manager of the Year. The award was won by Theresa Bahnemann, surpassing other managers in the industry in the whole of Pennsylvania for her demonstration of excellent service delivery and passion to ensure that the needs of customers are not only met but surpassed.

The self-storage industry is a rapidly growing sector as businesses and individuals look to keep some items or assets away without having to compromise their safety. The increase in the demand for storage units and self-storage services has led to an influx of several businesses, which do not necessarily meet the needs of customers. One company that has continuously distinguished itself in the industry, setting a somewhat unprecedented level of service delivery is STORExpress.

STORExpress has grown to become one of the most sought-after services providers in the self-storage industry with its wide range of solutions combined with excellent service delivery helping to create a niche for it in the industry. This claim was recently substantiated as Theresa Bahnemann, the STORExpress manager in Murrysville Pennsylvania recently won manager of the year for the entire state of Pennsylvania.

The 2019 edition of the award is the first and is organized to recognize the superior performance, exemplary customer service, and amazing contributions of the recipient to the self-storage industry.

Some of the award-winning services offered by STORExpress include self-storage, wine storage, vehicle storage, student storage, and RV storage with locations across different parts of Pittsburgh. Some of the areas covered by the company include 412 Studios, Etna, Forest Hills, McKees Rocks, Murrysville, and New Kensington. Other locations serviced by the company are Robinson, South Side, Turtle Creek, and Warren, OH.

STORExpress currently ranks in the top 75 of self-storage companies in the nation with a little over 1.3 million square feet of rental space and the level of its service delivery has also helped it become popular with businesses and individuals in the areas served with accolades coming from different quarters. “Good hours, clean and neat facility, super helpful and friendly staff. They were always more than willing to help me out if I had any sort of issues. Someone even came after hours to unlock a unit for me after a mix-up. Cannot say enough good things about this place, highly recommend to anyone looking to store their items,” says Timothy Hyland.
