STORExpress, which operates 10 self-storage facilities in the Pittsburgh metropolitan area, will expand its operations with the acquisition of two new properties.
Local Expansion
The first property, located at 98 Vanadium Road in Bridgeville, PA, is comprised of four buildings, one of which will be renovated into a 3-story climate-controlled self-storage facility with 250 units and 36,000 sq. ft. of space. The addition of the Vanadium Road property will allow STORExpress to provide storage services to the Collier Township, Scott Township, South Fayette and Mt. Lebanon.
Ohio Expansion
The second acquisition, located at the old Crest Lanes Bowling complex at 3390 Youngstown Road SE in Warren, OH will provide indoor storage units to the Warren-Youngstown area. The 400-unit property will include a drive-in building, state-of-the-art security, electronic keypad access, and outdoor vehicle storage.
As with our Pittsburgh locations, the Warren facility will have a dedicated property manager and will offer the features and amenities that people have come to expect from STORExpress.
