History of STORExpress Turtle Creek
Built by Westinghouse as an airbrake factory for trains, the 6-block facility located at 1210 Airbrake Road was in disrepair and used primarily as a landbank until it was purchased by STORExpress.
After significant physical improvements to the structure and an eye for the needs of the community, this building was restored to open and begin serving the public in 2017.
Customer demand drove development and the property was completed in 2023 when the STORExpress office was relocated to the east-facing side and the remaining Flex Spaces became rentable.
This location now houses self storage, office space, Flex Spaces, a 412 Studios and vehicle storage of all types.
