Steps to Rent a Unit

  1. Call our STORE # and press 1 
  2. Our Friendly in-house call center will answer and you will be able to access a unit shortly, over the phone. 
  3. Have your email ready and available to sign your paperwork. 
  4. You will need a lock to secure your new space. A lock must be on immediately after.  
  5. Enjoy your newly rented space! 

Steps to Make a Payment

  1. Call our STORE # and press 1 
  2. Our Friendly in-house call center will answer and be able to assist you with making a payment over the phone. 
  3. To make a payment: You can also go online to www.storexpress.com to make a payment with your online account or make changes to your account. 
  4. IF you are past due, you will need to give us 24 hours to remove any additional locks that have been placed on your unit due to delinquency. 

Steps to Vacate

  1. Call STORE # and press 1 
  2. Our Friendly in-house call center will answer and will help pull up your account, send you the move-out document, and get your account squared away. 
  3. Have your email ready and available to sign your paperwork.  
  4. Remove all locks off of your space when completely out of the space.
