We’ve spent years building these studios to perfection, aiming to create the ideal environment for working creatives.

Here’s what you can expect from our art spaces
Art Studio Features
Art studios vary in size to accommodate the unique requirements and preferences of our artists and their mediums.
Tall ceilings allow natural light to flood the space from large windows. All art studios feel bright and airy to ensure maximum natural light.
Get your creative juices flowing! Industrial sinks with paint catchers are available to clean your brushes and dispose of paint to help keep your studio clean.
An eyewash area, for artist safety, is available. Wi-fi is complimentary, and all utilities are included for free!
Network with local artists, creatives, and small business owners in our comfortable lounge area.
Cozy seating, a television, and a kitchenette (with a refrigerator, microwave, and sink) allow you to create all day and into the night.
When you are finished, just lock the door to your personal studio and walk away.
Everything will be just as you left it when you return. No need to clean up until the project is done!
All 412 Studios locations adhere to the STORExpress security standards and offer keypad access for secure entry, 24/7 video recording, and maintain on-site staff.
Many of our artists have created imaginative and inspiring spaces to express themselves and help promote their products.
412 Studios was created in response to the needs of the local art community. It has been our project and our pleasure to support the working artists and hobbyists of Pittsburgh (and surrounding areas) since 1997.
With no large up-front cost and monthly agreements, you can get your business started, take it to the next level, or finally get serious about your art!

We have a FREE MOVING TRUCK with FREE Gas & MILEAGE you can use to move your supplies in!
We can also recommend local movers in your area to assist you.
- How do I get an art studio space?
Call 412-899-1100 to discuss the best studio for you with knowledgeable professionals, reserve a studio, or schedule a personal tour!
Walk-ins during office hours are also welcome, or make a reservation online!
