Great place and great staff
As a customer for only six months who rarely has contact with office staff, I am surprised each time an occasion occurs that I do. The staff treats me as though I am a " regular" that they know and offer excellent advice and assistance. Theresa is especially fantastic as the property manager. The cleanliness and sense of safety is excellent. I never would have thought I would be so impressed with a storage facility, but I am!
Our experience with STORExpress as been very positive. The facility was very clean and modern. Access to the storage unit was easy and secure. You can go 24/7. The carts and moving bins were clean and handled well. The staff was courteous and very professional. We used the (for only a $1.00) moving van twice; it was a new and equipped with moving pads and a dolly. We could not have chosen a better storage facility and I would recommend to anyone.
Great place, clean, very friendly and helpful staff. I'd use them again if I have storage needs in the future.

I have had a great experience with this location. Tom and Theresa are very helpful, friendly and great communicators. I can't think of anything they could have done to improve the rental experience. I highly recommend this location.BUT, if you call and find out that you have been forwarded to the Corporate Call Center HANG-UP! Call the number again and ask whoever answers if they are at the Murrysville location. Dealing with the call center was a bad experience! HOWEVER, Theresa fixed everything when I showed up at the storage facility.
Very helpful and polite staff.Easy access.Clean and well maintained inside and out.Trucks well maintained available.
Would really recommend this facility for personal and/or business reasons. They are kept clean and they have items to help yoi move your stuff.
I was so impressed with Storexpress at Murrysville that I had to call the corporate office to let them know. Rates are better then the surrounding area and security is good. Their staff is definitely the best and have been invaluable in any questions and help they have provided—to include Dave and Teresa and Tom. Please check out this facility before you go any further with storage units. I am moving out of state and am older so I appreciate their concern and actual help. Check them before making another storage decision.
I am very pleased with the store Express in Murrysville everything is very well kept and the staff is courteous and friendly and the hours are great would go no where else.
