From Oakland, PA:

History of STORExpress South Side
Originally the home of The Duquesne Brewery, then called Duquesne Beer, 200 South 22nd Street in South Side, Pittsburgh has been a local landmark.
After decades of quenching the thirsts of locals (and beyond), the property was sold to Diamond Meat Company in the 1980s. Diamond Meet used only approximately 6,000 square feet of the property for preparing their products for the public.
Purchased by STORExpress in 1997, the property required extensive development before opening its door to locals.
Today the former home of Duquesne Beer boasts 150,000 square feet of premium usable self storage and studio space. This was the first STORExpress property.
