History of STORExpress Warren, OH
STORExpress Warren began life as a Crest Lanes, a bowling alley, in 1959. After serving the community for 55 years, Crest Lanes closed the doors for the last time in 2014. The property sat dormant until it was purchased in 2018 by STORExpress.
Using the existing structure, development began to help breath new life into this building and restore it to the local residents again – this time with the purpose of allowing the community to drive its purpose to suit evolving needs.
Self storage was introduced first and the building began thriving again. In 2021, driven by customer demand, STORExpress purchased the building across the street at 1923 Ridge Road; an unused big box store that had previously housed a craft store and then an open-box outlet.
Construction began immediately and car storage customers were welcomed to the new phase in 2021. This property continues to thrive offering the best car, boat, RV, and self storage in the area.
